Mana Breathwork is a deeply empowering, accelerated method for generating self-healing and transformation through expanded states of consciousness, using only our breath. It is used to switch the body's nervous system from a state of stress to one of relaxation and release the stressors that have been accumulated since birth and as a result of traumas, stress, fear, lifestyle habits, anxiety, and other factors that inhibit our ability to breathe freely.
The primary purpose of the process is to release these restrictions in our breathing and resistance held throughout our body. The goal is to learn to breathe energy as well as air. Consciously breathing energy is the secret to deep relaxation and therefore plays a big part in a disease-free lifestyle.
Breathing connects us with our inner self and our environment. When we inhale, we take in energy and connect our bodies to the universe. That energy is vital for our well-being. In fact, oxygen energizes our cells. When we don’t inhale deeply enough, we decrease the amount of oxygen our breath delivers to our cells, reducing their ability to regenerate.
The other side of the process, exhalation,removes carbon dioxide, along with other potential toxins. The elimination of carbon dioxide from the blood and body causes an increase in alkalinity. Respiration balances our body’s pH, reducing the acidity that can impair immunity and other functions. Deep, conscious breathing reduces inflammation, improves autonomic nervous responses, boosts circulation, and decreases cortisol levels, all of which affect our metabolism of glucose. In addition, deep breathing reduces oxidative stress, enhances vital energy, and improves cognition.
Deep breathing helps the heart. Low blood oxygen forces the heart to pump more; increased oxygen has the opposite effect.
Mana breathing technique have a variety of effects on the brain. Circular connected breathing can increase serotonin, alpha brain activity, and dopamine release. These changes in brain chemistry can lead to a positive shift in mood, motivation, attention, and arousal, while feeling an increase in relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional regulation.

During a session, you will learn how to use your breath as a continuous, uninterrupted flow of energy. The session emphasizes self-awareness and using conscious breathing as an energy source.
